Each visual artist will be able to present 3 artworks. 15 artists will be selected.

Important: If you are a woman artist but you live outside Belgium, you will not able to be exhibited for the Zero Edition of the Biennale BUT you can take part to the debates & panels as an international speaker. If you wish to do so, please send an email to our team member, Marie : mm@biennaleofwomeninart.com

The Biennale is organized by Women In Art WIA, a not-for-profit organization, therefore our resources are limited. However, we aim for all selected artists to receive 300€ for their participation. Additionally, if WIA gets extra subsidies travel and artwork transport could be organized.

We’ve received over +150 applications so it will take us some time to review all the applications. We will contact you in the coming weeks to let you know the next steps of the Committee process.
